We used our water jet to cut our business sign with one of our many available fonts and clipart. We cut holes at the same time for mounting it inside a steel frame saving time and money.We had the background powder coated fire engine red making the letters easy to read. The metal is 1/4 inch thick brushed aluminum. We've cut many signs out of different materials.  We can cut carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, plastic, brass, copper, glass, the list is endless. We cut this job with our Flow waterjet. The material used was 3/16" thick steel. Steel is easily cut using abrasive waterjet cutting.

This customer had stainless steel caps they needed a hole cut in one end, so they could have threads in both ends. We were able to cut these holes perfectly with our water jet. As you can see we can cut items that are large or very small on our machine.
